Store/Shipping Policy

Processing and shipping will take 7-9 BUSINESS DAYS. 


There are NO REFUNDS or CANCELLATIONS on any orders.  So:


We make sure all items are bubble wrapped and packaged safely with care.  Therefore, Earth's Glitter will NOT be responsible for your crystals once they leave the shop. 

If your crystals arrive damaged or broken, it is YOUR responsibility to file a claim with USPS (or any other shipping carrier used). Be sure to take pictures of any damaged pieces including all of the bubble wrap as evidence when filing your claim.  This policy also applies to packages that are lost during transit. Ultimately, USPS (or other shipping carriers used) is responsible for determining if a refund will be issued.
