I grew up on a farm, surrounded by nature and all its wonders. While most kids were playing with toys, I was out exploring the woods, collecting rocks, and marveling at the beauty of the earth. Little did I know that this childhood fascination would shape my future in ways I couldn't have imagined.

After graduating from college with a degree in biology, I married my high school sweetheart. We had two beautiful children, with whom I chose to stay home, but my passion for learning never faded. I went back to school and eventually became a microbiologist in a hospital lab.

During this time, our family grew even more with the addition of four furry companions, who brought immense joy and love into our lives: Kipp, Matilda, Chloe and Penelope. And as our family expanded, so did our interests. We found ourselves drawn to thrilling activities like skydiving, hiking, and foraging. These experiences taught us to embrace the unknown and take risks. It is at about this time that I discovered the mesmerizing world of crystals.

My interest in crystals started as a hobby, but it quickly grew beyond my wildest imagination. I found myself captivated by their unique energy and the way they seemed to hold the secrets of the earth within them. I couldn't help but share my newfound passion with others. Working as a microbiologist was exciting, but after 10 years, I decided to hang up my lab coat for the last time.

And, in 2023, Earth’s Glitter was born. Now, you might be wondering about the name "Earth's Glitter." Well, it's a nod to the sparkle and magic that crystals bring into our lives. They truly are nature's glitter, don't you think?
